24 Hours Prior

• Confirm the exam is published via LTI or local enrolment.
• Ensure SEB configuration keys match the latest candidate template.
• Verify quiz opening and closing times against the institutional timetable.
• Run the Pre-Flight Audit CLI (audit_quiz.php --quiz=<id>) and resolve any [FAIL] items.
• Confirm the auto-provisioned System Check & Practice Area quiz exists in the course if SimpleProctor is enabled, and remind candidates to complete it early.

15 Minutes Prior

• Confirm all candidates have connected to the node network.
• Announce the password/SEB unlock code.
